How long does it take to get a mock-up?
Once your concept has been finalized, we can have a professional mockup ready for your review within 24 hours.
What materials do you use for your uniforms?
We use Dry Fit Polyester for all sublimated orders. It is lightweight (avg. 1.5 lbs each), breathable, and designed for professional comfort and movement.
What is the lead time for orders and what if there is an error?
Orders typically take 10-15 days from the date of payment. We require your approval on all designs for accuracy; if a product differs from your approved proof, we will replace it at no additional charge.
