2. How can I get a sample to check quality?
You can provide your designs and requirements in detail, and we will make a quality sample as per your specification, or you can send us your original sample for a counter-sample.
3. What is the delivery time?
General delivery time is 3-5 working days for sample making and 15-25 working days for bulk production. We prioritize timely delivery for all orders.
4. How do I place an order?
Choose a design - Confirm price - Make sample for confirmation - Place bulk order - Pay deposit - Confirm PP sample - Bulk production - Balance payment - Shipment.
5. What is your MOQ?
The general MOQ is 300 pcs per style, one color, mixed sizes. For first trial orders, we may accept 100-200 pcs for some styles to support your business.
6. Is the sample fee refundable?
The general sample fee ranges from 50USD to 150USD/pcs depending on style and fabric. The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order amount once your order reaches 300 pcs per style.
